Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Deliver consistently high standards of client care, keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the property team where appropriate

What We Are Looking For

• Residential Conveyancer with experience managing files from instruction to completion
• Confident in handling complex conveyancing matters, with a clear understanding of compliance obligations and file management procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships
