We are searching for a highly motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented conveyancer to join our residential property team based in the Bromley office. This fee-earning role is client-facing and covers all aspects of the conveyancing process.

To be an ideal candidate for the position, you will have a broad knowledge of property law matters and have managed your own caseload. You will need to demonstrate your ability to handle transactions proactively and efficiently whilst ensuring exceptional levels of client care.

• Auction sales and purchases, and Modern auctions
• Conveyancer, Solicitor, Ilex or CLC Experience in Property law
• Ability to manage your own caseload without supervision
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Friendly and supportive environment
• Flexibility to encourage a work/life balance that suits our teams
