Overview

Residential Conveyancer - Milton Keynes. Long established Buckinghamshire firm seeks a residential conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join their busy and expanding team.

You will be involved in a varied caseload from instruction to completion including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Equity Release and Lifetime Mortgages
• Remortgaging and Buy-to-Let
• Transfers of Ownership / Transfers of Equity

You will be able to demonstrate strong client care skills and be looking to join a friendly firm in a supportive and progressive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Assist with equity release and lifetime mortgages
• Coordinate remortgaging and buy-to-let transactions
• Process transfers of ownership and transfers of equity

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to work in a friendly, supportive, and progressive environment

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
