You will join a busy and collaborative residential conveyancing team, managing your own caseload while helping clients navigate one of the most important transactions in their lives.

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Unregistered titles

You will also work closely with referrers and introducers, supervise support staff where required and play a key role in maintaining the firm's excellent reputation for client service.

• Have strong experience working within a busy residential conveyancing team
• Be confident managing a high volume caseload independently
• Have experience across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters
• Be organised, proactive and client focused
• Be comfortable supervising support staff
• Enjoy working as part of a friendly and collaborative team

• Full time - 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Part time (minimum four days) will also be considered
• Positions available in Hartlepool or Stockton offices
