Residential Childcare Worker - Shape Futures & Sleep-Ins

Cambian Group Plc is recruiting a Residential Childcare Worker in Garstang. You will support children in daily routines, school prep, activities, and emotional well-being in a warm home environment.

Experience is preferred, and you'll drive as part of the role with a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential. Training is provided; you'll use electronic care records daily (Clearcare). A UK driving licence is essential and progression opportunities exist within the company.
