Residential Childcare Support Worker - Growth & Impact

RGIT Australia is seeking enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join a Gravesend home for 3 children/young people aged 10-18. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 12-hour shift pattern. The home accommodates both genders and provides a nurturing care environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), with prior experience. A full driving licence is desirable, and an enhanced DBS with references will be required.
