Reach Ability is recruiting a Full-time Team Leader (Social Care Worker /CNM 1) to join our residential team in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. You will work on-site, supporting the Residential Team Leader and Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with disabilities.

We offer competitive hourly rates (€26.75-€31.44) with experience-based progression. Strong communication, supervision, and a willingness to participate in the on-call rota are essential for this role.
