Residential Care Manager

As the Residential Care Manager at Broomfield Village Care Home, you'll play a key role in leading and overseeing care within our residential community. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that supports the dignity, independence, and well-being of all residents living in our residential community. With your strong leadership and care management experience, you'll work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualised care plans, support and guide families and friends, and foster a positive, supportive environment where both residents and team members can thrive
