Residential Care Leader for Young People (Deputy Manager)

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a residential service for young people aged 15-17 in Dublin. The role is permanent and full-time, with a salary from €54,106 to €58,278 per annum.

Based in Dublin, you will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure person-centred care plans while upholding HIQA standards and childcare regulations. A CORU-recognised social care qualification and 3+ years in residential childcare are required.
