Residential Care Deputy Manager - Therapeutic Leadership

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager and lead a team of Residential Child Care Workers in our UK homes. You will role model leadership, plan shifts, and work within a rota, ensuring high quality care for children aged 8-18 according to therapeutic parenting principles.

The role involves training, safeguarding, HR duties, and liaison with families and multi agency partners to promote continual welfare and development of our young people.
