Residential Block & Estate Property Manager

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of blocks and estates, applying sound knowledge of the Building Safety Act and leases. You will lead meetings with RMC Directors and Residents' Associations, ensuring compliance and timely works, while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and developers.

You will work from a home base, covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, with visits to Birmingham and Northwich offices as needed.
