Resident Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator

Avery Healthcare Group runs Derby Heights Care Home in Littleover, Derby, and is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Wellbeing and Activities Assistant to support residents' wellbeing through a range of engaging activities.

You will assist the Wellbeing Coordinator, help maintain a safe environment, report changes to the care team, and help foster community links to promote intergenerational activities. The role requires compassion, strong communication, and prior dementia-experience with older adults.
