Resident Services Housing Officer (Temporary)

CIH International Housing Group is seeking an experienced Housing Officer for a temporary role in CM14, Essex. The post involves managing a patch of properties, delivering high-quality housing services and ensuring estates meet standards.

You will build strong resident relationships, handle tenancy issues, and liaise with repairs teams to maintain safe, well-kept communities. This is a 35-hour week, Monday-Friday, with an attractive hourly pay rate.
