Resident Life & Activities Coordinator

Bethesda Health Group seeks an Activities Specialist to support residents through person-centered programs and meaningful activities. You will coordinate life-story overviews, arrange monthly calendars, and work with neighborhood teams to encourage participation while ensuring safety and compliance with state guidelines.

You will prearrange supplies, escort residents to activities, document progress in the computerized system, and participate in required meetings and QAPI activities.
