Resident Liaison Officer required to work in and around Crewe. You will be working with residents to help the site team to deliver kitchen and bathroom replacements.
ProfileIdeally, you will be an experienced Resident Liaison Officer with a background working in either Social Housing or you have transferable skills from your previous roles. As well as having a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, you will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service and good IT skills.
Responsibilities- Deliver clear and effective communications to customers and residents about the nature and scope of works.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Coordinate access arrangements to ensure works are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
- Resolve access-related or resident issues promptly, escalating where necessary to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, access arrangements, and issue resolutions for project documentation.
Essential: Driving Licence, own transport, previous experience/similar job role
Salary and Hours- £15.69 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay OR £18 Umbrella
- Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
- 8-12 Weeks Work, could be extended
