Job Description
Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Resident Mechanical Engineer for a large commercial site in Cheshire (Macclesfield). The role focuses on static mechanical maintenance, fault finding and ensuring all works meet safety and service levels.
You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC and building services, work on LTHW/CHW systems, pumps and motors, and support BMS-controlled systems. A recognised mechanical engineering qualification and strong safety awareness are required.
