Job Description

HC One is seeking an Assistant Chef to join our care home kitchen team. You will cook nutritious meals, support the First Chef, manage stock and budget, and coach colleagues while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and HACCP understanding are required.

You will work in a friendly environment dedicated to resident wellbeing, with opportunities for development and training within HC One's supportive framework.
