Job Description
Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a Housing Officer in Stevenage to manage housing services for a defined area. You will lead frontline housing management, ensure sustainable tenancies and high resident satisfaction, and act as a visible presence on estates while advising on housing matters.
The role requires knowledge of housing management, ability to interpret legislation, and strong organisational skills to work in a fast-paced customer service environment. DBS clearance may be required.
