Resident Experience Lead - Refurbishment Projects

Construction Resources Limited is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer on a permanent basis to support planned refurbishment and retrofit projects across a growing portfolio. You will act as the main contact for residents, coordinating communications, access and inductions while upholding GDPR compliance and delivering a high standard of customer care throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with site teams, clients and subcontractors to minimise disruption and maintain resident
