Resident Experience & Liaison Lead

A reputable housing association is seeking a Resident Liaison Team Leader to manage properties and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients. The role involves ensuring tenant satisfaction, liaising with site staff, and overseeing customer care. This fixed term position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle tenant issues effectively. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
