Resident Engagement & Activity Lead

Midlands Care is seeking an Activity Co-ordinator at George Hythe House in Earl Shilton, Leicestershire. You will design and run a varied programme of activities to enhance residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being, tailored to individual interests and care needs.

You will work closely with residents, families, and care staff, promoting inclusion and independence. The role requires flexibility to cover evenings and weekends and a compassionate, person-centred approach to dementia
