Resident Concierge & Building Host - NW London

A property management company in North West London is seeking a proactive Resident Service Associate to be the friendly face of the building. You'll provide essential support to residents, maintain smooth building operations, and ensure the environment is safe and tidy. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills. This permanent role operates on a Friday to Monday rota, covering shifts between 7am and 7pm.
