Resident Concierge - Luxury Estate Front Desk

A leading property development company in Greater London is seeking a Concierge to provide quality service to residents at London City Island & Good Luck Hope. Responsibilities include managing resident requests, ensuring safety and security, and maintaining communication systems. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of front-of-house (FOH) experience and possesses strong multi-tasking abilities. The role is permanent with 42 hours per week, on a shift pattern of 4 on - 4 off.
