Reservoir Regulation & Safety Lead

Environment Agency is seeking an experienced leader to head the Reservoir Regulation team in a national role across England. You will drive regulation under the Reservoirs Act 1975, working with Defra and senior partners to secure public safety and deliver reform.

The role requires strategic leadership, regulation expertise, and the ability to influence cross sector stakeholders while building a high performance, psychologically safe team culture across a dispersed workforce.
