Job Description

YWCA Fort Canning Hotel in Singapore is seeking a Reservations Manager to optimise reservations, inventory and distribution while delivering a seamless, personalised booking experience. You will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with the Revenue Strategy Committee to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.

Lead a capable Reservations team, drive commercial performance, and turn data into actionable decisions to improve revenue and guest experience.
