We're looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Reservationist to be the first point of contact for our guests. Whether handling bookings, answering enquiries, or coordinating with the front-of-house team, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing reservations across phone, email, and online platforms
• Providing knowledgeable and friendly responses to guest enquiries
• Coordinating bookings to maximise covers while maintaining service quality
• Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Creating a positive first impression that reflects our brand and values

What we're looking for:

• A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using booking systems (or willingness to learn)
• A calm, professional approach in a fast paced environment
• Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
