• Handling reservation requests by phone and email, providing advice on room categories and offers
• Careful management and control of booking details, with close coordination with other departments

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, strictly in a 5-star (Superior) property

• Completed training in hospitality or a comparable qualification

• Excellent command of English and at least German or French; additional languages are an advantage

• Confident use of PMS systems such as Protel and MS Office

• Confident, discreet, and empathetic communication at the highest level

• Strong service mentality, professionalism, and a personal drive for perfection

• Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently-even during busy periods
