This full time, permanent role sits at the heart of a busy function that underpins the organisations research resources, knowledge systems, and operational efficiency. What you'll be doing

Working closely with senior team members, you'll play a key role in keeping the Research Services function running seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding users and managing access to research tools and databases
  • Maintaining internal systems, SharePoint pages, and research portals
  • Supporting acquisitions, subscriptions, and invoice processing
  • Keeping resources updated and organised stock, materials, logins, and more
  • Responding to day to day research or information requests
  • Ensuring data accuracy and smooth system workflows
