Salary details: £31,613 - £36,698 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits

Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working approach, currently 12 days per quarter subject to change in line with team needs)

Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday

The role

Are you passionate about extracting valuable insights from data and transforming them into written reports? Do you possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills?If so, we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team as a Research Officer, supporting the delivery of research programmes and operational decision-making by collecting, interpreting and presenting data to help us understand trends.This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams, support organisational policy development and work on a variety of key projects that are part of our insight programmes.

The successful applicant will:

• Analyse data, develop meaningful insights and present analysis findings to support organisational priorities and inform operational practice and strategy.

• Write up and present insight reports, explaining in clear English what our analysis is telling us, for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement whilst supporting learning across the organisation by providing guidance and support to colleagues.

• Work collaboratively with all colleagues and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and assist in commissioning reliable and robust research and evaluations to help us meet our strategic aims.

• Possess strong interpersonal, statistical and both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, as well as strong report writing skills with an ability to plan for multiple projects.
