Research Lead - Quantitative Market Research (M/W)

Your missions!

As Research Lead within our Insight Department, specializing in Oncology, you will play a key role in leading international research projects from study design through to final delivery.

You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and contribute to generating high-impact insights that support better healthcare decisions.

Design and develop relevant questionnaires (from scratch) for healthcare audiences (including physicians, patients, nurses )

• Lead market research projects end-to-end; coordinate internal teams ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards; oversee pharmacovigilance requirements for assigned studies
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
• Analyze study data and translate findings into clear, insightful, and impactful reports and presentations
• Deliver strategic recommendations to clients
