Repro Manager - East Sussex - £35k to £40k pa (depending on experience)

Salary: £35k to £40k pa (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Manage the repro department, controlling workflow and workforce through effective communication, coordination and delegation. Ensure colour management, quality control, equipment maintenance and premises upkeep to the highest standards. Implement and devise new initiatives geared towards operational excellence while staying within agreed budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

Hard working, flexible, self motivated and able to fit in with a busy team.

Stand out applicants will have progressed to a managerial role via the pre press or digital print operative route, demonstrating a thorough understanding of print processes.
