Repro Manager - East Sussex - £35k to £40k pa (depending on experience)

Salary: £35k to £40k pa (depending on experience)

Our client, one of the longest established printers in the South, is looking for someone with an appreciation for digital printing to manage their repro department, ensuring a continuous high level of standards is met.

• Control both the workflow and workforce through effective communication, coordination and delegation.
• Oversee colour management, quality control, and the maintenance of equipment and premises, maintaining the highest standards.
• Implement and devise new initiatives geared towards operational excellence while staying within agreed budgets.

• Hard working, flexible, self motivated, able to fit into a busy team.
• Demonstrated managerial experience gained via the pre press or digital print operative route, providing a thorough understanding of print processes.

Applicants must be resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
