Repairs Desk Supervisor - Office-Based

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Repairs Desktop Supervisor to coordinate a team of operatives delivering reactive repairs in occupied homes. This fully office-based role relies on strong admin and IT skills and an understanding of day-to-day repairs, access issues, and right-first-time working.

You will be the main point of contact for plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and plasterers, keeping repairs on track, resolving issues, and reducing repeat visits.
