Repair Technical Team LeadWhat we're looking for:
- Strong technical background in lift, escalator, or similar mechanical/electrical engineering field. Proactive leadership experience in field operations or project delivery role is desired
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering or similar technical qualification (MANDATORY); SSSTS / SMSTS or equivalent site management qualification
- IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety certification (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to manage multiple repair projects and resources concurrently
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring safe site practices
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
