Repair Technical Team Lead

What we're looking for:

• Strong technical background in lift, escalator, or similar mechanical/electrical engineering field. Proactive leadership experience in field operations or project delivery role is desired
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering or similar technical qualification (MANDATORY); SSSTS / SMSTS or equivalent site management qualification
• IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety certification (advantageous but not essential)
• Ability to manage multiple repair projects and resources concurrently
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring safe site practices
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
• Generous Annual leave entitlement
