Job Description
Ciena is seeking a senior Repair Operations professional to manage end-to-end repair lifecycles, drive continuous improvement, and partner with engineering to streamline workflows for high tech electronics and telecom platforms.
The role requires a strong engineering background, experience with PLM and ERP systems, and proven project management, lean, and Six Sigma capabilities. Occasional travel to depots or supplier sites is expected.
