KONE is seeking a Repair Manager for their Heathrow Team.

Shift: Night shift, 40 hours, Monday - Thursday, 20:00 - 06:30

As our Repair Supervisor, you will successfully lead the Repair Business operations at night. Your mission is to promote a positive culture focused on safety and quality to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable results. This role supports our Heathrow Team and involves night shifts.

• Maintain site safety and integrity.
• Review engineers' work to ensure customer quality expectations are met.
• Lead the logistics of nightly repairs.
• Review planned works with engineers before starting.
• Ensure completion sheets are accurate and completed.
• Conduct asset surveys to drive business growth.
• Manage passes and permits for night works.
• Driving License (DL) is required.
