Job Description

If you are an experienced customer service professional with strong organisational skills then this role for a Rental Asset Manager could suit you.Some of your duties will include:

Managing customer enquiries and providing information on rental services provided
Supervising junior staff member and delegating duties where appropriate
Ensuring the efficient processing of rental orders ensuring client requirements are met
Negotiating rental terms with clients ensuring fairness in all agreements
Partnering the warehouse team to handle any special requests client have
Ensuring availability of rental stock by monitoring inventory levels
