Rent Recovery & Customer Care Officer

Wolverhampton Homes is seeking an Income Officer to join the Income Team. You will help customers sustain tenancies while ensuring rental income is collected to support housing services across the city.

Role involves visiting customers, providing advice, agreeing sustainable payment arrangements and, where needed, taking recovery action. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
