Renewals Specialist - Volvo

As a Renewals Specialist, you'll play a key part within our award-winning Riverside Hull branch, working with a premium brand that has never been more popular. At Riverside, our Renewals Specialists are responsible for maximising renewals and enhancing customer retention. The role involves using key software and Riverside's dealer management system, with a split of 50% of the time contacting customers over the phone-making appointments-and 50% dealing with customers in the showroom. You should be confident and dynamic on the phone and possess excellent customer-facing skills when meeting customers in person.

• Confidence and experience in contacting customers by phone; call centre backgrounds with a selling focus are advantageous.
• The ability to provide a VIP welcome in the showroom, quickly build rapport, and assess customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage, build authentic relationships, and establish rapport with customers.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of all renewal activities, including prospects identified, contacted, appointments set, and renewals completed.
• Adherence to company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
• A passion for our industry and customer care.
