You will own the full renewal cycle for UKI and DACH Enterprise accounts, managing a portfolio of FTSE 100 and DAX 40 clients. As a founding member of the EMEA renewals team, you will drive retention and unlock expansion opportunities while building the foundational playbooks for a category-defining SaaS platform.

What you will do
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal process for Enterprise accounts, negotiating complex contracts with procurement and legal to preserve and enhance revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives and Customer Success to identify and close upsell opportunities that maximize customer growth.
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast while developing standardized playbooks to improve revenue retention across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate
  • Has 4-6 years of Enterprise SaaS go-to-market experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated, quota-carrying renewals or sales role.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of closing large, complex contracts and navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations within Fortune 500 or FTSE 100 environments.
  • Possesses a builder's mentality with the ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments and a strong desire to create new operational processes.
