Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and growing law firm to recruit a Partner or Director to join and expand its Commercial Property team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a minimum of 7 years' PQE in commercial property matters and a strong background in renewable energy projects.The Role This is a senior appointment offering a high level of autonomy and influence. The role will involve advising developers, landowners and organisations on a wide range of matters, including:

• Acquisition of wind, hydro and solar sites
• Renewable energy projects across hydro, wave, tidal, onshore and offshore wind
• Strategic commercial property advice linked to major infrastructure developments

The position is Edinburgh office-based, with opportunities to travel throughout the UK to meet clients and develop business opportunities.The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 7 years' PQE in commercial property
• Preferably Scottish qualified, or dual-qualified (Scottish and English)
• Proven experience advising on renewable energy projects
