Job Description

We are working with an established team of forward-thinking renewable sales professionals, dedicated to driving the UK's renewable energy sector forward. Passionate about delivering sustainable solutions, supporting our customers, and building a cleaner future.

Seeking a motivated and experienced Renewable Area Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your assigned region, growing market share, and developing long-term customer relationships. You will directly manage a select group of customers, along with 2-3 Groups and their associated branches, with a focus on:

  • Generating sales

  • Developing new accounts and business opportunities

  • Increasing existing client spend

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth within your assigned region by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK renewables market (e.g. PV, Battery, EV, ASHP).

  • Manage and grow a handpicked portfolio of customers, groups, and associated branches.

  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to maximize client engagement and profitability.

  • Deliver on sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the business at meetings, events, and customer visits, occasionally outside your region.

Role Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.

  • Experience in the UK renewables market (PV, Battery, EV, ASHP) - highly desirable.

  • Strong ability to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.

  • Full UK driving license.

  • Based within the geographical area of your coverage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to travel across your region, with some overnight stays.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to help us achieve our goal of becoming the UK's No.1 renewables wholesaler.
