Remuneration Data Analyst

Campions are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remuneration Data Analyst to join our Business Improvement department during an exciting period of growth and change. This role combines responsibility for managing commission and bonus schemes with broader remuneration and financial data analysis across multiple brands.
You will own end-to-end processes for staff remuneration (i.e. commission and bonus) payments, run and assist with developing robust models, and deliver insights that drive business performance. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you'll play a key role in improving processes, reporting systems, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key PurposeTo ensure accurate and timely management of remuneration and commission processes, while delivering insightful reporting and data integration that supports business growth and compliance.
Remuneration & Commission Management- Develop and maintain staff remuneration models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly commission and bonus calculations for actuals and accruals reporting.
- Import commission and bonus payments via payroll and validate against policies.
- Manage commission reconciliation processes, resolve discrepancies, and distribute statements to fee earners.
- Upload targets and performance data into dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
- Produce performance reports and collaborate with finance teams on accounts receivable lifecycle.
- Deliver ad hoc financial modelling to support work carried out on behalf of the department.
- Act as the primary point of contact for front office managers and senior leadership on remuneration and commission queries.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc requests and maintain clear, professional communication across teams.
- 5+ years' experience in remuneration, commission analysis, or financial data analysis.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.
- Knowledge of renumerations and commission structures (including tiered bonuses, accelerators, KPIs).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, macros).
- Experience with SAP, Reapit, or Workday desirable; SQL and Power BI advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
