Remote S106 & Planning Obligations Officer

A planning recruitment agency is seeking an experienced S106 Officer to join a local authority's town planning department in the South East on a remote-working basis. The successful candidate will monitor section 106 agreements and planning obligations, requiring in-depth experience in the planning field. A post-graduate degree and membership eligibility for RTPI are preferred. The role offers a pay rate of £35 per hour, depending on experience.
