About the Role

Project Administrator - Temp to Perm Remote with Occasional London Visits £26,000 PA

Manpower is recruiting on behalf of its client for a motivated Project Administrator to join a fast-paced team. This remote role offers flexibility with occasional travel to London (around 4-5 times a year).

What You'll Do

  • Provide essential administrative support to Project Managers across multiple talent management projects
  • Manage high-volume communications, data entry, and accurate mail merges
  • Maintain project documentation, Excel trackers, and confidential reports
  • Coordinate virtual events and administer the Learning Experience Platform
  • Liaise with clients and support smooth project delivery with attention to detail and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
  • Comfortable with Excel and willing to enhance skills as required
  • Experience handling large datasets and virtual delivery platforms
  • Strong communicator, confident in virtual and written interactions
  • Customer-focused with patience, persistence, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
