Remote Head of Product

In this role, you will have a substantial impact on shaping the product strategy for a cutting edge modular L1 blockchain. As an essential member of the executive team, you will steer a talented group to achieve measurable outcomes and establish thriving user research practices. Your leadership will be vital in navigating the competitive landscape and guiding the company towards fulfilling market needs. Accountabilities

• Own product strategy and prioritization across the product portfolio, based on market needs and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop the Product Team, providing clear direction and accountability.
• Conduct competitive landscape assessments and win/loss analyses to differentiate our offerings.
• Establish robust user research practices, including defining Ideal Customer Profiles and conducting user interviews.
• Transition from feature based to outcome based roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Collaborate with BD and Marketing to create impactful user specific materials.
• Work with engineering and go to market teams to ensure successful execution.
• Represent product strategy at the executive level and contribute to company wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in scaling product functions in tech companies.
• Expertise in user research, market analysis, and data driven decision making.
• Experience in establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience balancing technical constraints with user needs.
• Background in crypto and a solid understanding of blockchain technology.
