Relief Training Supervisor Cork

The Training Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring Bus Éireann meets all statutory, regulatory, and company training requirements under relevant EU Directives, national legislation, and industry standards. Based in any of Cork depots covering the Southern Region, this role is responsible for overseeing, delivering, and continuously improving driver training and development across the network.

You will help to uphold and enhance Bus Éireann's reputation for excellence by ensuring our drivers are trained, confident, and compliant. You will lead by example in promoting the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Acting as both a trainer and a supervisor, you will assess and develop driving performance, deliver induction and refresher training, and ensure all activities align with Bus Éireann's operational and strategic objectives.

The successful candidates will report into the People Operations Manager and work closely with Regional HR, Line Managers, Service Supervisors, and external agencies (RSA, NTA, DoE, DoT, and others). Please note the selection process will consist of Online assessments, In-Person interview and PowerPoint presentations.
