Relief Shop Supervisor

You will be an enthusiastic and inspiring team member to work with our shop volunteers, fostering a positive team spirit within the shop as well being a proactive member of the wider retail team.

You will be responsible for providing cover for shops when there may be vacancies, holidays or sickness, to manage the shop with the objective of achieving the overall retail annual sales budget. We are looking for additional staff to cover weekends across our retail shops inKent and East Sussex.

You will have a passion for selling, excellent customer service anddemonstrate a willingness to learn.
