This role is a permanent full-time position and covers a range of stores throughout the counties.Through this opportunity, you will gather great insight into the brands under Uniphar.Within our Relief rosters, we try to establish a regular order of stores you will support, so that you can best get to know the teams and customers in each location.All relief rosters are provided 6 to 8 weeks in advance . Assist in group healthcare and company / marketing events. Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives. To partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team. Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance. Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required: Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage but full training will be given to those coming from other backgrounds Proven people management Enthusiastic, self- motivated with excellent people skills, confidence and demonstrable clinical knowledge. Excellent communication skills and be acutely aware of customer needs while being also being commercially astute.
