As a care home Relief Chef you will be:

• Working on a 2 week rota, 3 days a week. Week one is Tuesday/Saturday/Sunday, Second week is Monday/Thursday/Friday. This is ongoing.
• Bringing your valuable experience from a care home or other professional kitchen environment.
• Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen team.
• Plan and prepare appealing, nutritious meals that meet individual children needs and preferences, including dietary requirements.
• Ensuring the kitchen environment is consistently clean and adheres to all food safety standards.

What do you need?

• IDDSI training
• Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Food Allergen Certificate
• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service
• Previous care home experience
